Complete desired fields. When ready, click 'Process' which will prepare the recall notice for activation and
will add the prepared information into the below Output box for review. Once rendered in the Output box, review
and make any needed changes then follow the Output box instructions to add the information into the appropriate
OPS Recall Group or IMS|hub.
Click the "Grab Complete Recall Notice" button and then paste the Recall Notice into the Recall Message
interface in your OPS Emergency Recall Module. From the Module, add your Recall Title and any appropriate
images, videos or attachments.

Welcome to the OPS Network Emergency Recall Interface. This tool allows you to create, process, and
distribute emergency recall notices efficiently. Below are instructions for using its features:
Fields:
Recall Title: Enter a concise title for the recall notice (required, max 100
characters, e.g., "Barricaded Subject Incident - Vineland").
Recall Type: Select the recall category from the dropdown (required, e.g.,
Barricaded Subject, Hostage).
Recall Message: Provide detailed information about the recall (required, max 5000
characters, e.g., description of the incident). Use "- " for bullets, "1. " for numbered lists, and
Enter for line breaks/spacing. Text order is preserved as entered.
Date and Time Recall Activated: Set the date and time the recall was activated
(required). Hover over the ? for guidance.
Location of Incident: Enter the incident location (required, max 200 characters,
e.g., "123 Main St, Vineland, NJ").
Map of Incident Location: After entering the Location of Incident, click
"Generate Map Link" to automatically create a Google Maps link. This link is included in the recall
notice and will open Google Maps when clicked (optional but recommended).
Emergency Contact Information: Provide contact details (optional, max 5000
characters, e.g., phone numbers, emails). Use "- " for bullets, "1. " for numbered lists, and Enter
for line breaks/spacing. Text order is preserved.
Special Instructions: Include specific actions or instructions (optional, max 5000
characters, e.g., "Avoid area"). Use "- " for bullets, "1. " for numbered lists, and Enter for line
breaks/spacing. Text order is preserved.
Issued By: Enter the issuing officer or entity (required, max 200 characters,
e.g., "Sgt. John Doe").
Authorized By: Enter the authorizing officer or entity (required, max 200
characters, e.g., "Chief Jane Smith").
Location to Respond: Enter the response location (optional, max 200 characters,
e.g., "Command Post, 456 Oak St, Vineland, NJ").
Location to Respond Directions: After entering the Location to Respond, click
"Generate Directions Link" to automatically create a Google Maps link for that location. This link
is included in the recall notice and will open Google Maps when clicked (optional but recommended).
Emergency Response Authorized: Select YES or NO to indicate if emergency response
is authorized (defaults to YES).
OPS IMS|hub Activated?: Select whether the OPS IMS|hub is activated (required,
options: Yes, No, Pending Activation, defaults to No).
Buttons:
Process: Validates and generates the recall notice in the Output box. Required
fields must be valid.
Clear All Fields / CLEAR FORM: Resets all fields and clears saved data so you can
start a new recall notice.
Export to PDF: Downloads a PDF file containing the Output content and creation
date/time, with the title "OPS NETWORK EMERGENCY RECALL". Requires valid inputs.
Grab Complete Recall Notice: Copies the full Output content, including all fields,
to the clipboard for pasting into the OPS Emergency Recall Module.
User Manual: Opens this manual.
Output: Displays the processed recall notice with bold titles, clickable links (Map of
Incident Location, Location to Respond Directions), and bulleted/numbered lists. Recall Message,
Emergency Contact Information, and Special Instructions appear below their labels with spacing,
preserving text order as entered.
Copying Recall Notices: Click "Grab Complete Recall Notice" to copy the full recall
notice and paste it into the Recall Message interface in your OPS Emergency Recall Module. From the
Module, add your Recall Title and any appropriate images, videos or attachments.
PDF Export: The PDF includes the Output content, bulleted/numbered lists, creation
date/time, and the title "OPS NETWORK EMERGENCY RECALL", downloadable as recall-report.pdf.
Tooltips: Hover over the ? icons next to Date
and Time Recall Activated, Map of Incident Location, and Location to Respond Directions for guidance.
Mobile Paste Tip
On mobile devices, long-press in the OPS Recall Message Group, IMS|hub or Command Center box and tap
Paste to preserve formatting and clickable links. Using mobile keyboard history/quick paste may remove formatting.
Confirm Clear Forms
Are you sure you want to clear this forms? You cannot recover the information once cleared. Consider
downloading a PDF copy for records preservation especially if you have not posted or distributed this
notification via any OPS Network asset.
Install OPS Recall App on iOS
To add the OPS Recall Interface to your iPhone or iPad home screen:
Open this page in Safari.
Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow up).
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Confirm the name (e.g., "OPS Recall") and tap Add.
Once added, you can launch the OPS Recall App directly from your home screen in full-screen mode.
